Minimum Requirements To Use Our Services

You must:

1. be a U.S. citizen or resident with a five (5) year US credit history. (Don't worry, there won't be a "pull" on your credit report!)

2. have an unexpired, state issued driver's license or ID card.

3. have a social security number. (We only need the last 4 digits).

4. have a US mobile phone number from a US carrier.  VoIP and Google Voice will not work.

5. have an unlocked credit report (this is used in the ID verification process).

6. have a high speed connection to the internet.

7. You will need to be using the latest version of google chrome, firefox or IOS.  Internet explorer is not supported by our technology provider. 

8. have one device (laptop, desktop or tablet) per signer.  

9. Your device must have a working camera and microphone.
