Knowledge Based Authentication

"KBA"

Knowledge Based Authentication, or "KBA," is the process by which your identity is verified by us.  Your credit history is used to generate 5 questions, which are specific to you.  In accordance with State law, you must answer 4 of the 5 questions correctly within two minutes in order to use our services.  Lexis-Nexis is the system used to generate the questions and there is no "pull" made on your credit report.
